The conference call for proposals opened on September 15, 2024. All abstracts must be submitted by 12th January 2025 to conference@ernape.eu
All proposals will be blind-reviewed by the scientific committee.
Contributions acceptance will be confirmed by February 16, 2025.
Early Bird Registration will start on February 17, 2025 and end on 15th March 2025.
Thus, the standard registration will start on March 16, 2025.
Final date for registration: 19th of April 2025.
Conference fee includes:
- Online book of abstracts and program
- Welcome reception (Social event scheduled for the 4th of June)
- 5-6 June lunch breaks
- Coffee break for all the conference
It does not include:
- Social dinner
- Over-night stay and everything that is not indicated above.
Registration and payment
All persons attending the conference need to register as conference participants. This includes presenting authors, co-authors, and participants.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
